The Demolisher Artillery is an anti-structure artillery used by France in pre-3.0 versions.
In the 3.x series, this unit is revamped into the Zephyr Artillery, exclusive to the Pacific Front.

France decided to return to the roots. You might remember the days, when Soviets were bombarded by huge explosive balls launched from Allied Artilleries. Demolishers are a recreation of those powerful but inaccurate siege units, but they have much better accuracy and range. Their weapon is perfect against enemy structures and defenses. Enemy won't know what to do, when they will be attacked by those. Demolishers must have support, as they are useless in tank or infantry battles. Remember, we can still prevent those by using air armada, so remember to avoid such when using those and use aircrafts wisely when you are going to counter them![1]
