Yuri's Commander is the player character in the Epsilon single player campaign in version 2.0.
Lorewise, this man was the prominent Soviet commander who served the Soviet Union and led their forces to victory against Yuri's Army during the Psychic Dominator Disaster. He notably freed and commanded the Allied and Soviet armies to destroy Yuri's fortress in Transylvania.
Little is known of his life, as almost all information about his former self is a state secret of the USSR.
