The Harbinger Gunship was originally an American project to create a next-generation replacement for their Stratofortress aircraft. This project would be discontinued and its technology somehow landed in the hands of Kanegawa Industries, possibly due to efforts by the European Alliance and Pacific Front to steal American technology. The Harbinger's particle collision weapon was originally a Kanegawa invention, which was then improved upon by Yunru's researchers to create the Iron Dragon. The Revolt would combine the collective efforts of all these researchers to produce the final iteration of the Harbinger.
Wind manipulation technology is potentially an offshoot of weather manipulation technology, or is at least closely related, as evidenced by the Tempest Architect. Therefore, the Coronians' mastery over the wind, may be attributed to the work of Kanegawa and SteinsTech.
Zorbtrotters make use of wind manipulation to suffocate enemy infantry. However, it is speculated that their wind manipulation is not technological, but rather psychic in nature, and that they were taught by Epsilon defectors who joined the Revolt.
