The Transaction is a Soviet support power in 2.x series, which provides constant money from the owner's Palace.

When enough amount of money is collected in the Soviet Palace, it can be transported straight for construction purposes. When the Palace is established, every five minutes it's owner will receive amount of 1000$ for various purposes. Longer battles can be difficult, but with this capability, commander can enrich much more than usually.[1]
