Stolen tech units are, as its name suggests, units acquired from 'borrowing' enemy technologies after an espionage unit infiltrates an enemy laboratory, although the exact acquisition methods differ depending on the version.

In version 3.3, the stolen tech unit acquired is always a vehicle or aircraft, and are based on the faction of both the infiltrating and infiltrated player (subfaction does not matter). In addition, an enemy Construction Yard is also a required building to infiltrate. Thus, there are 16 stolen tech units, four for each faction.

There are 3 stolen tech vehicles that can be unlocked by infiltrating the Construction Yard and the laboratory of a faction while owning the War Factory and the laboratory of the same side.

Additionally, Chitzkoi can be unlocked by owning Soviet Barracks and Soviet Battle Lab and infiltrating the latter, while Volkov can be unlocked by infiltrating the labs of all three factions and owning either one of them.

In version 1.2, both stolen tech vehicles and infantry can be unlocked by infiltrating an enemy laboratory.
Infantry[]
In the case of infantry, infiltrating a specific faction's laboratory will grant access to the same unit for all factions, just like in Yuri's Revenge.
