The Stealth Ivan is a Soviet infantry that appeared the 2.x series as a stolen tech unit acquired by infiltrating an Epsilon Research Lab.
The Stealth Ivan's role as the Soviet-Epsilon stolen tech unit is succeeded by the Voltmortar in version 3.0.

There is one thing Crazy Ivan hates - he hates situations when enemy forces are "interrupting" his maniacal demolition plans. That's why collection of Epsilon stealth technology may be very attractive for Soviet forces. Arming these mad-men with portable P.I. generators is the reason of massive havoc in even most defended bases. While explosives carried by Stealth Ivan don't differ from ones used by the ordinary Ivan, he has much more possibilities, especially when commanded by a skilled general. Of course, when Stealth Ivan is planting his bomb, he is no longer cloaked.[1]
