The Stealth Commando is an Allied infantry that appeared the 2.x series as a stolen tech unit acquired by infiltrating an Epsilon Research Lab.

The Stealth Commando's role as the Allied-Epsilon stolen tech unit is succeeded by the Suppressor in version 3.0.

Official description

While Epsilon cloaking technology is already dangerous enough, Allies have different ideas for the utilisation of Yuri's latest weaponry. Arming their Navy SEALs with personal psychic illusion generators obtained from infiltrated laboratories of the Epsilon, the Allies are always behind something that can surprise their enemies. Imagine your structures being demolished by a SEAL that comes out of nowhere - if you lack units equipped with sensors then only walls can do the protection job in your base. You don't have walls either? You are dead commander. Luckily - portable P.I. generators can't be used in water so Stealth Commando has not been trained for aquatic operations.
