Official description[]
You should bow down to Yuri, Epsilon enemies that he wasn't smart enough on his own to introduce these troopers into the sole army of the psychic forces. With Stealth Adepts and their enormous capabilities - Yuri would have ruled the world once and for all without any doubts! Not only that he is a cloaked version of the standard Adept, because he isn't a standard Adept in any way! His mind control is more effective than the common one and even the psychic blast unleashes at least twice more energy when casted![note 1] Everything is caused by the unique device the Stealth Adept is equipped with - it is some kind of modern chariot with the psychic illusion generator mounted in and devices which neither Allied nor Soviet spies are aware of. The only effect visible at the first sight are enhanced capabilities of the Epsilon Adept carried on those devices and who knows what other secrets does it hide?[1]
