The Spy Plane is a support power used by the Soviets from their Airfield/Airport to reveal unexplored areas on the battlefield through the help of a spy plane that flies at supersonic speed.
Official description[]
v2.x[]
The Spy Plane was used since the first Great War, although Soviets weren't allowed to use it before the second assault on the Allies and restored again later when Epsilon attacked. After defeating Epsilon in Transylvania, they decided to restore old version of Spy Plane, the one based on MiG which had been used some time ago. New Spy Plane is much faster and it does always escape from enemy rocket systems, as it is equipped with 'Dragonbreath' countermeasures. This allows it to be free and safe of enemy missiles, but if any explodes near it - Spy Plane will be damaged. It is still vulnerable for quick-reaction anti-aircraft guns.[1]
