You destroyed my submarine base and captured rocket launchpadfew months ago, here in Tibrena Island. The Soviets also found my cloning projects here, so as you may know, they have established own cloning Facilities in the area. My technicians have been working on a secret artificial island base near the Tibrena - thanks to my excellent stealth technology, Soviets couldn't find it even with their submarines. Now it is time to strike.

Bugs and glitches[]
Due to an engine bug, the Tech Oil Derricks owned by the player at the start don't actually generate funds for the player, making this mission harder than intended.
