Scarlet Twilight, The Fall of Adam, and The Mental Omega are effectively the same mission with different player factions. However, in addition to the standard subfaction bonuses, certain units are only available to the player in one or two of them.
Note that this table assumes the player manages to capture an Epsilon Construction Yard in Scarlet Twilight and The Fall of Adam.

For starters, an HQ player doesn't have access to the Allied or Soviet MCVs or anything from Allied or Soviet arsenal by extension. The US and USSR players have access to the exclusive unit of their country, Abrams Tank and Tesla Tank, respectively. An USSR player has access to the Hacker and the Centurion Siege Crawler in addition. An HQ player has access to all 4 Epsilon subfaction exclusive units (except Scavenger), in other words, the entire Epsilon arsenal minus Rahn and Scavenger. While the US and USSR players can try to mind-control enemy Deviation Fists and Kaamos Cannons, there are a limited number of them on the map.
Notably, Tanya is available to both US and USSR players, while Boris is available to neither. This might be a mistake in The Fall of Adam's case.
