The Radar Facility is an Allied structure that grants the owner radar in the 2.x series.
In version 3.0, this building is removed and its sprite is recycled into Strategy Center. Its role as the Allied radar structure is given back to the Air Force Command Headquarters.
Official description[]
The Soviet occupation ended up for Allies with some difficulties concerned with money. They couldn't continue with installing radar uplink systems in their Airforce Command Headquaters, due to the high cost of such investment. The solution of this problem came with outroduction of Allied Robot Tank production - as the utilization of unused Robot Control Centers was too expensive, Allied sciencists decided to convert robot connection devices into satelitte communication facilities.[1]
