The Psychic Corps (usually shortened to as the PsiCorps or PC) is one of three subfactions of the Epsilon Army. It is the Epsilon's primary military, responsible for much of their military activities around the world.
Official description
PsiCorps is the first wing of the Epsilon army, founded and lead by Yuri himself. Under his guidance, PsiCorps have remained pioneers in psychic tech. This allows PsiCorps to turn the tables on opponents who vastly outgun or outnumber them, despite the generally poor armor of its forces.
A new innovation by PsiCorps is the use of anti-gravitic propulsion for several of their vehicles in order to further increase their mobility and maneuverability. The use of these unique and bizarre forces, along with the presence of Yuri’s cherished progeny and hero, Libra, within their ranks makes the PsiCorps one of the biggest threats to the free world.[1]

| In the past, PsiCorps was the entirety of Yuri's army, now it is the Epsilon elite force, based on its traditional weapons - mind control and psychic technology. Unlike other cells of the Epsilon, PsiCorps kept all of old, but still effective PsiCorps tactics. Research on the human brain did not finish on hypnotism though - now, Yuri has invented weapons which can use mental powers to cause physical destruction - Graveller is perfect example of the destructive powers of mind. Telekinesis is also one of PsiCorps' most powerful features.[2] |

Defeated by Soviets during when he wanted to take control over the world, and complete Stalin's wish with making Soviet Union most powerful empire on the world, he returned from the Jurassic age thanks to his minions from PsiCorps. With the most ominous plan ever in his head, Yuri is ready to bring victory to the PsiCorps and defeat his enemies. Genetic experiments and mind control abilities are the speciality of Yuri, his army is full of unusual forces and equipment, which good usage can make Yuri's victory easier to be reached. After finishing first step of his 'almost' perfect plan, he got something what can help him in his operation, in fact, he got someone for this. He cloned himself and created own perfect copy. Although, he couldn't expect that cloning operation will go wrong, and his clone will turn against him one day...[3] |

History
Not much is known about the history of PsiCorps as most of it is shrouded in mystery.
PsiCorps was originally a secret division of the Soviet forces, mainly focusing on Psychic technology, The Soviet Union depended upon PsiCorps on their most important mission to cripple the American nuclear weapon supply.
Led by Yuri, PsiCorps was only for those chosen by Yuri for having extraordinary psychic abilities.
Even after Yuri's elimination from the Kremlin PsiCorps remained loyal to the Soviet union for two years, doing intelligence work. But Yuri had the final say and separated PsiCorps from Russia by killing Premier Romanov.
