    • Right side of the map is expanded. Adjusted various difficulty settings.
    • Considering that logically the later time of Act Two should be in 1985, added a prompt of the time that the mission takes place in.

    • Miscellaneous edits are done according to needs of the plot:
      • Mission fails when player does not have any production facilities and Engineers.
      • Destroying Chitzkalla after destroying the Psychic Dominator will no longer cause the mission to fail.
      • Unlocked Arsonist for the player, requiring a Radar Dish to train.
      • Removed all deployed Hazequads.
      • Replace all Bomb Bikers with other units, Bomb Biker is only available for Confederation.
      • Added an event where a Conscript is definitely killed by a Sniper at the start.
      • Added an abandoned Soviet outpost at upper right corner of map.
      • Added a damaged Shield Command, which unlocks Force Shield and Mirage Tank after capture, and a money crate will generate.
    • Spy Plane's cooldown reduced to 3 minutes, EM Pulse's cooldown reduced to 5 minutes.
    • Player can use Elite Reserves support power through Field Bureau.
    • Added some empty vehicles for player to capture.
    • Chitzkalla's HP regeneration speed increased, but HP decreased.
    • Added more types of enemy units to the map, but removed some infantry.
    • Two colonels' HP are increased.
    • Marauder is able to produce after capturing enemy Pandora Hub.
    • Added a Radar Dish to player's initial outpost, which does not affect the permanent use of Spy Plane.
    • Added easter eggs.
