The Terrorist is a Soviet suicidal infantry in version 1.2 and the 2.x series.

In the 3.x series, this unit gains the ability to capture depiloted vehicles but can only be spawned from destroyed Jaguar Tanks.

After almost being defeated by Epsilon forces, Soviet fractions are determined enough to use fanatic Terrorists in the battle just like the Cubans did before! As there is never lack of fanatic freedom fighters who want to fight for the Mother Russia, special Soviet conscription facilities give each of them a tricky explosive charge. As Terrorist gets closer to the target, he will deploy the bomb, sacrificing himself and seriously damaging enemy forces or buildings. The more terrorists explode near enemy target, the bigger damage combo will be. In the secret training centers, Terrorists are now also trained how to avoid explosions of each other's bombs during massive assaults. They are no longer affected by explosions of charges carried by their allies.

Soviet countries decided to use Terrorists in the battle like Cubans do, as those may be very useful in war. They transported some freedom fighters to rest of 'Red' world and gave each one tricky explosive charge. As Terrorist get closer to target, he will deploy the bomb, sacrificing himself but seriously damaging enemy forces or buildings. The more terrorists explode near enemy target, the bigger damage combo will be.
