The Industrial Plant is the Soviets' economy support structure that increases the commander's production efficiency by making vehicles, aircraft and ships cheaper to produce.

Since Soviets lost Cloning Vats, they have been constructing Industrial Plants in order to reduce cost of their expensive units. Industrial Plant decreases costs by 25%. There was a serious issue with this building the Soviets noticed after defeating Allies. When sold, it didn't refund Soviets everything what it could, they used to get ony 1000$ for it. Now they get correct amount of 1250$ for one Industrial Plant sold. After introducing air armada back to their army, it does also decrease cost of aircrafts.

Since Soviets lost Cloning Vats, they made Industrial Plant to reduce cost of their units, which are expensive. Industrial Plant decreases it by 25% from normal cost. There were two issues, Soviets noticed when fighting with PsiCorps. When sold, it didn't refund Soviets as it could, selling this, they used to get ony 1000$ for it. Now they get correct amount, 1250$ for selling Industrial Plant. Now, when they added air armada to their army, it does also decrease cost of them, when built.
