In previous versions, the Hydra Cannon is a vehicle exclusively owned by the Cuban subfaction that existed from versions 1.2 until 2.0psi.

The Cuban Confederation did a lot of progress in their army constructing this mobile "infantry harvester". Heavy, slow, and massive are the best words to describe this unit. Enemy troopers are likely to flee, even armored ones. The Hydra Cannon is an excellent invention of Cubans, the way they equipped it still surprises other Soviet countries. Dealing against infantry with its dual 'Hydra' heavy machine guns and demolishing structures with a 'Hydra' missile launcher mounted on its back is the Hydra's pilots' favourite activity. Large groups of these units may cause a lot of bloody baths in the future, although facing enemy anti-tank divisions may end up badly for this tank.[1][2]
