“ | A combined force of three seemingly warring factions has constructed a complex stronghold with only one land entrance. They have deployed bizarre but sophisticated technologies and are not willing to let go of this resource-rich area easily. | ” |
—Map description |
Heavyobject Challenge is the seventeenth Challenge map, starring all stolen tech units controlled by defensive subfactions.
Information[]
Players start on the lower-left corner. The enemy bases consist of Last Bastion, located at the middle of the right edge the map, Epsilon Headquarters in the top-left and European Alliance in the top-right.
Enemy forces consist almost exclusively of stolen tech units, which they possess in large numbers. Each subfaction has a Soviet tech structure, that is, Palace, Battle Lab and Atomheart. The Cyborg Commando will occasionally appear as well, keep being paradropped to the battlefield every time when 20 in-game minutes passed since the warning about enemy defense is shown, until the Epsilon HQ enemy is defeated.
All enemy units can heal themselves and are built as veteran, due to the presence of the corresponding tech buildings such as the Tech Academy. At the very top of the map are a pair of SteinsTech Towers and the Eiffel Tower as Epsilon HQ's defenses, both of them are weakened in this challenge.
The Heavyobject Challenge is one of the few appearances of the Windbelt, which surrounds several tech defenses, the Soviet labs, the SteinsTech Towers and the Eiffel Tower.
