Time to pay attention comrade if you are going to use aircraft divisions in the incoming war. Soviets drastically reduced cost of their AA defenses - Flak Cannons, but those are now available after establishing a Radar Tower. Flak Cannons are famous of their effectiveness in Allied Rocketeers killing. Flak bullets are exploding in the air, even that they inflict small damage those can damage everything near in the range of cloud. Rocketeers cannot resists this, but aircrafts also should avoid Flak Cannons, and so should the paratroopers - now they can be tracked down by this defense.
