Official description[]
Yuri was never able to accept the fact of what Premier Romanov did to the once great Soviet Union, which had had it's best times during the dictatorship of Yuri's one and only true leader - Joseph Stalin. When Stalin was killed during the first assault on Moscow Yuri managed to escape and hide in Transylvania, experimenting with his psychic abilities in a circle of what used to form Stalin's PsiCorps. Years later when Alexi Romanov became leader of Soviet Union Yuri returned to the Kremlin and reestablished PsiCorps in Soviet Union. Few months of preparations for the invasion over America passed when he noticed Romanov's lack of personal features and competence Stalin had. He understood that such person, can't command it and Romanow[sic] would never fullify the plan Stalin started to introduce into life when alive.
Romanov quickly turned into Yuri's puppet, as he couldn't resist his psychic abilities nor mind control. Soviet Union was still too weak itself and Romanov's authority didn't help it much. When a division which claimed itself to have came from the "bad future" reported what will happen if the Soviets don't destroy the Chrono Sphere Device reconstructed by Prof. Einstein in Black Forest, Yuri decided to abort his plan to kill Romanov and mark General Vladmir[sic] as the murderer, and evacuate to Antarctica in order to continue what he started to do earlier, now without "help" of Soviet Union and Alexi.
He was mistaken though, thinking that Soviets will not be able to defeat Allies. Yuri tried to continue with the establishment of Psychic Dominators around the world he wanted to use to mind control the planet, but his plans failed as the Soviets were warned about the devices as well. His own army was also defeated by the united forces of Soviets and Allied Nations. The forces which came from future gave him a trail to the position - where the Time Machine was located. He moved it to his castle in Transylvania and then tried to use it in order to change the past, but he was trapped in time due to Soviet manipulations with the device. Yuri didn't last there for long though, he was able to power up the machine again, thanks to his loyal forces and return to present times, to the secret base in Antarctica.
He stayed silent for almost a year - the past gave him a lesson he would never forget. While he was imprisoned in the jurrassic[sic] age, he had enough time to think up the ultimate plan. And he did. In the snows of Antarctica he invented psychic illusion technology, which made his units invisible and undetectable by enemy forces. This allowed his works to be continued on larger scale and not only on the South Pole.
Yuri realized that micromanagment[sic] of so many Psychic Dominators, if ever built would be too difficult to be continued and he would never be able to establish such a big army over the whole world in order to protect all of them before activation. He secretly lead an successful operation from inside of Moscow and captured the Kremlin, as well as Premier Romanov using illusions. Few days later during a cold night, in the ruins of Submarine Base located on Pacific Eastern Island, he destroyed Soviet outposts and finalised one of his most important genetic experiments - he created a perfect killing machine - Rahn - genetically modified human with a murderous vision. While two of Yuri's combat divisions - the Scorpion Cell and Chaos Force was dealing the armored battles over the world and corrupted Soviet countries, PsiCorps managed to establish two Psychic Dominators in the United States and construct something, which would guarantee total domination for it's master. Mental Omega came out of the snows of the Antarctica. Yuri was ready to announce the creation of the Epsilon army - true continuation of Stalin's great vision.[1]
