The Epsilon missions are divided into four categories: Act One, Act Two, Special Operations, and Cooperative. There are 42 released Epsilon missions in total, including 30 campaign missions and 12 cooperative missions.
Peacekeeper

The PsiCorps division has been tasked with destroying the Peacekeeper ICBM silo compound on the Vandenberg Air Force Base in California in order to prevent the United States from retaliating against the impending Soviet invasion of their nation.
Accelerant

With the Soviets beginning their march through Europe, PsiCorps must subvert a heavily guarded choke point, softening up the European Alliance's defense and granting the Russian heavy tank divisions safer passage into the Western Europe.
Scrapyard

Having 'borrowed' a Stalin's Fist mobile war factory prototype from the Russians, PsiCorps secretly meets with the leader of the terrorist group 'Scorpion Cell' in Cairo, who is willing to reverse engineer the machine in return for aid against the Allies in Africa.
Shipwrecked

A fleet of Enterprise Aircraft Carriers has been mobilized in order to crush the Soviet navy in the Atlantic Ocean. Yuri's PsiCorps must infiltrate and destroy the base from the inside to prevent the United States from gaining the upper hand in the sea.
Human Shield

Suspecting the theft of their Stalin's Fist to be an inside job, the Russians have severely limited access to their weapons research and development. Without Soviet tech at their disposal, PsiCorps plots to steal older weapon designs to appropriate for themselves.
Landlocked

The Allies have stormed one of Scorpion Cell's underground bunkers and seized the prototype MCV the terrorists were developing for PsiCorps. Now the stolen MCV must be destroyed before the Allies realize what they have captured and who the real enemy is.
Think Different

In return for supplying the Chinese with a Psychic Beacon, to help them suppress insurgents in their country, PsiCorps makes a deal to have their troops enter Japan. Secretly, they approach a Kanegawa Industries complex in order to steal technologies and intel required for their future plans.
Warranty Void

In an attempt to undermine the control of the Chinese army over its territories and weaken their forces, Yuri's PsiCorps sends an elite infantry squad to take back the very Psychic Beacon he has previously given to them as an offering.
Killing Fields

The leader of the Scorpion Cell has been captured by the Soviets shortly after the Cell's first operational MCV was delivered to Yuri. A rescue operation has been started to free him from the Guantanamo Bay, now occupied by the Latin Confederation forces.
Focus Shift

With the enemy closing in, PsiCorps intends to move the few remaining Topol-M units they managed to secure back to safety. The plan is to move the ICBM launchers to a tunnel, which leads to an underground Soviet fortification, before the enemy forces arrive at their position.
Singularity

Russia's newest opponent has seemingly formed a non-aggression pact with the Pacific Front. In order to break the uneasy truce, the Scorpion Cell has sent their best operatives to the Korean border to ignite the final spark that will set the Far East on fire.
Moonlight

Two years have passed since the Leninsk Cosmodrome incident. As the second Soviet Victory Parade approaches to commemorate the event of their victory in the Third Great War, Yuri reemerges from the shadows and takes the city of Moscow hostage.
Huehuecoyotl

The forces of Latin Confederation managed to keep a site of Cloning Vats intact and working. To prove how powerless they are without Yuri's scientific aid, PsiCorps intends to take the Vats back and put the next stage of their genetic technology to practical use.
Memory Dealer

In a surprising turn of events, a Russian strike force has managed to capture a PsiCorps research facility, the Pandora Hub, after a Psychic Beacon controlling them was sabotaged. A survivor prototype of a new mobile mind control device is sent back to retake the complex.
Divergence

Damaged, but not destroyed as Yuri foresaw, an Allied device has been stolen by the Soviet forces in Germany and taken away to a newly built research site by the Bodensee. A powerful duo joins the PsiCorps in their attempt to steal it from the Russian forces.
Godsend

The London Fortress of the Euro Alliance has stood intact far too long for Yuri's arising Epsilon empire to tolerate, and as worrying reports from the British Isles continue to cumulate, Yuri sets the invasion that will finish the Euro Alliance off in motion.
Lizard Brain

Within a few days after the Allies activated their secret weapon, dozens of PsiCorps bases in Western Europe have been destroyed and numerous Yuri's agents eliminated. Rashidi becomes wary that his weapon facilities with the latest prototypes might be next on the Allied Nations' hitlist.
Dance of Blood

The Allied Nations remains a serious threat, forcing Yuri to bring his ace card into the play early. As a certain object is descending onto the Earth, the Chinese navy on the Pacific Ocean tracks its impact location to an island held by the PsiCorps forces.
Machinehead

After defying him in Singapore, the Chinese have now dared lay hand on Yuri's most precious Creation, and lured PsiCorps forces into a trap deep in the lands of Kashmir. Yuri sends his new weapon to destroy the Chinese war machine and make sure they threaten his plans no more.
Obsidian Sands

A betrayal within the Epsilon puts Yuri in a position to deliver the ultimate punishment and bury those,[sic] who once sided with him within the ruins of an African palace. When the plan to activate the Psychic Amplifier nearby fails, he must resort to brute force. The Creation is deployed again.
Unthinkable

After effectively capturing more of Yuri's major bases and collecting their intel, the Allies have found the Epsilon HQ, hidden in the snows of Antarctica. With the Paradox Engine task force getting closer to the South Pole, Yuri has no choice but to prepare for the endgame, while the Proselyte waits.
Reality Check

Despite the Proselyte's best efforts, the Allies continue the relentless rush through Antarctica with their superweapon, now heading straight for Yuri's Tower - the key to his complete world domination. To unleash its full power, the Creation aims to get there before Yuri's enemies do.
Babel

A Chinese agent has found out about the secret that the Russian dominion does not possess additional MIDAS warheads. Distraught with the vision of the Chinese starting an attack on the Russian territories, Yuri orders an assassination of the agent, before he manages to return to his troops.
Fallen Ashes

The Soviets are planning a major operation to take complete control of the African territories in Allies' place. Yuri intends to nip their plans in the bud, else it might pose a threat to the next stage of his design. As Yuri prepares to reemerge in Moscow, the Scorpion Cell readies its forces in Morocco.
Blood Rage

The Creation has been struck with a surprise attack during her mission in Kashmir, which made her go berserk once again. Yuri demands she be tranquilized and brought back to recover from the battle between the forces of Epsilon and the Chinese.
Split Seconds

Yuri believes there is more to the Kanegawa Industries' continued involvement in this war than he had previously suspected. When a research complex full of weapons the Epsilon has never seen before is found deep inside the Japanese territories, Yuri sends his forces to investigate.
Nightcrawler

The Allies' attacks along the west coast of Africa disrupted PsiCorps' attempt to build a Psychic Amplifier in Bissau, forcing Yuri to find an alternative way to take control of the continent. Unluckily for him, the Scorpion Cell still resists his power and the Allies don't stop their attacks.

Television Lies

The Allied occupation intends to launch the first Russian TV satellite into space as a sign of good will. Yuri commands his psychic troops to smuggle additional hardware onboard.
Retaliation

The Americans are retaliating after the attack on an embassy in Egypt. Rashidi wants to show Yuri that they understand the risk and are prepared to face the consequences.
Rainmaker

The Euro Alliance is working on a weapon that'd allow them to control the weather. This would give them an advantage over the Russians, which wouldn't coincide with Yuri's plans.
Brain Reset

The Russians still have access to mind control tech. One of their Palaces, an access point for their Weapons Protocol is within PsiCorps' reach, but the Chinese aim to destroy it.
Rush Tactics

The Pacific Front is deploying their new Hailstorm artillery weapon in the Korean war zone. This could give them a major edge over their enemies, ending the conflict preemptively.
The Cardinal

Yuri wants to bait the Europeans with a Psychic Amplifier construction in Rome. As the city is controlled by Russian forces, they must be turned to Yuri's command first.
Mind Over Matter

PsiCorps is trying to resist the effects of now Soviet Psychic Amplifier in Chicago through the use of Psychic Beacons. The Soviets begin a powerful attack on one of the devices.
Monochromatic

American remnants have obtained data of advanced equipment from the Allied flying fortress and captured a Psychic Beacon in Boston. The latest superweapon prototype is at stake.
Metaphor

To deal with the threat of the Chinese, Rahn and his forces invade one of their newly established bases. Yuri hopes to acquire intel in order to learn about their new developments.
Research Stroke

The Chinese continue to benefit from the latest technological achievements of the Kanegawa Industries, as they now have several new facilities in their lands. Yuri wants them gone.
Neuromancers

After the battle in Bissau, the captured rebels revealed the location, where the suspicious new toxin is produced. In the hands of the Scorpion Cell it is a threat to Yuri's forces.
Backbitten

PsiCorps is on the hunt for the Allies' ultimate weapon. While the vessel itself still can't be located, it appears that one of its Batteries is being powered on the Ascension Island.
Cornered

The Soviets are observing Rashidi's progress. The American pursuers are eliminated, but the Russians have deployed Terror Drones to destroy the MCV prototype.
Monochrome

The remnants of the Allied forces have somehow managed to capture a Psychic Beacon and use it to deflect Yuri's mind control. Yuri dispatches to destroy the device.
