Boris (Борис) is the elite commando and hero of the Soviet Alliance.

Since Soviets lost control of PsiCorps Commandos, they had to look for another commando who would join their army. And they did. Boris can inflict serious damage to tanks and kill infantry from a long range easily. Soviets also allowed him to use a signal flare in order to target enemy structures, making those visible on Soviet special experimental X-MiGs' radars. X-MiGs will appear suddenly and destroy targeted structure in less than a few seconds. Very high speed and excellent velocity of aircrafts called by Boris make them invulnerable to any enemy anti-air defenses, the airstrike can only be cancelled if signal flare is turned off; for example when Boris receives another specific order or gets killed. Unlike Allied or Epsilon heroes, Boris can't swim - give him an Armored Transport from the Factory.[1]

Boris is the Soviet counterpart to Allied Tanya or Yuri's Assasin[sic]. Boris can inflict serious damage to tanks, and kill infantry on a long range easily. Soviets also developed a new kind of weapon for him; he can point enemy structures with laser flare, making those visible on Soviet MiGs' radars. MiGs will appear suddenly and destroy targeted structure in seconds. Very high speed and great pilots in MiGs called by Boris makes them invulnerable to any enemy anti-air defenses.[2]
