The Blizzard Tank is a tank that can attack both ground and air targets thanks to its Thermal Inversion cannon used by the Allies and Greece in version 1.2 and the 2.x series, respectively.
In the 3.x series, this unit becomes exclusive to the Pacific Front.

Blizzard Tank is a totally new weapon on the battlefield, which appeared in the Allied arsenal after the Greek joining the battle again. It is very similar to a Prism Tank in construction, but it has a totally different weapon. You'll notice the war turning into a very cold one when this tank happens to come by, it's thermal inversion cannon uses a sophisticated new technology which outputs a blasting-cold ray capable of freezing enemy units within seconds. The ray will freeze even the air around, creating pretty cold clouds, which won't act as a cooler during the hot day. Buildings however will be more difficult to destroy, but with a few more of these tanks you can create a real fear-inducing blizzard for the enemy to deal with.[1]
