Backwarp is a support power available for the Allies from their Tech Center. It uses chrono technology to undo the damage suffered by the affected units, instantly restoring their health. However, Backwarp is unable to remove Terror Drones.

Official description

Einstein's chrono technology at it's finest. When this support power is researched in the Tech Center, Allies can instantly full-repair damaged objects (be it their own, their allies' or even their enemies') using a warp tunnel which quickly moves object to it's "fresher" condition.
